Do we have to call and book the cabins ourselves?

No i am taking care of that, thats why i need to how many is coming for certain, unless u want to get your own hotel room or cabin somewhere

We are planning on heading up on Friday...not sure what time yet but let me now what that will cost as well.

Haha yea i remember some our our talk. We are just taking deposits for Saturday and will figure out the cost for Friday night as well.

it will be roughly.
$100 per person. for 4 nights.

not including food and booze.

this time our cabin will have better bbq and killer booze selection. none of the cheap s***. (only for the VIP cabin habitants)


we will do it up right. not like some other cabin who only wants cheap bedding and cheap foods... (although they had 1 good meal last time...)

Joey, Cassie is going, and bringing Madison. Your "vip" cabin only has 4 beds, y'all would have to put 8 people in my cabin so everyone has a bed. The total for that comes out to about 100 a person.

Jason and Cassie are not staying 3 nights.

Lonestar is 175/night. X3=525/ 6 people is $88, roughly $100/person. BUT the lonestar is only 4 beds. Do you want to pay $100 to sleep on an air mattress or couch?

If you are patient we will sort it out. Right now we need to collect $30 for Saturday night. This way we know who all will be there and how many people to get food for.

Once the cabins are booked for the weekend we will make a headcount of who wants to stay Thursday and Friday and reserve those night in a cabin that we have that will fit those people.

Their is a 3 bedroom cabin that can put 6 people in beds we will be getting as soon as they tell me the price for it.

Keep in mind a few people wanted to go on friday, myself included.

I am excited about this. My car is getting the royal treatment this month. Getting corner balanced up at UUC Motorwerks this Wednesday. Hopefully by the end of the month my OS Giken LSD will be in and that will be installed by The Racer's Market. Already had all fluids flushed and maintenance updated. And between that and the Dragon Run, I want to go up to Helen to do a little testing/driving. So stoked.
