damn this group is going downhill fast, err well actually its not and thats the problem.

Honestly, I'm gonna be skipping the lovers retreat until we actually get some drivers on the list. Its fun hanging out but I can do that here, when@dragon youre suppose to wanna drive. =(

I'll trade out seat time with you in the EVO! : )

Doesn't look like I'll be bringing the FRS though : (

b reel you forgot that the only time anyone can go to the dragon is on a 4touge trip

idk the last time I went I was very satisfied with the "drivers", and very satisfied with the atmosphere, people learning and experience. maybe not as many fast cars as I hope for, but not that much different than ever before.

Either way, there will be plenty of cars there that you won't be able to keep up with jared

say what you want but come on....3 cars for a dragon run? Theres no doubt jason and joey are fast, thats not the issue.

Well guessing it will be 2 to 2.5 (depending where Vance fits in) per vehicle so should be a good group of cars. Once again I'm out unless the God's are smiling down on me and s*** just magically freaking appears at my doorstep in the next few days.

besides I don't think the roads are going to be all that great so speed is irrelevant compared to skill and dumb luck

As long as their isnt another snow storm the week of the roads should be fine and quite epic because they actually treat their roads and clean them up after a snowfall.

The actual car list does seem kind of weak this trip but I am counting about 4 drivers, with a couple others coming up for a day trip.

That being said, when are you guys planning on leaving? Evan doesn't get in until noon on friday and needs a ride since group bailed. My car is a 2 seater so I dont have any room

I just might be able to pull this off yet but won't be pushing too much, drum brakes, RS 5-spd, and open diffs are not fun.

What's pissing me off now is the idiots bidding way past salvage value for a wrecked car. $7500 for a wrecked 06 STI with suspension damage? Fucking kit car companies, Subaru needs to get their s*** together and start selling turnkey longblocks.

well unless a miracle happens and my car gets worked on at the shop and makes the deadline, I think i'm out for even a day trip. Really bummed.

yeah, guess everyones predictions were on point with that, stinks too bc i've built up a pile of bushings and stuff that i want to add on so seeing the parts every day doesnt help with my anxiety over it all

I have another friend going with his GTi. He'll bring cash to pay you Jason there - he doesn't care where he sleeps.

Does anyone have 17s take-offs? I have an extra set of wheels (Dana's old ones..) but I would definitely toss r-comps on there and swap the tires on the Merc or on the FRS whichever I end up driving : )

its just down to the paint work at bryson's, just their schedule is still really packed i guess

What size you looking for? Emmino may have some tires lying around I can check tomorrow. How did you end up with my wheels? Did they work for your friend?
