that cabin is booked closed through the entire month of march.. it's open for rotary rally tho!! going to book that soon too.

remove katie and I. I talked to sean, we may be getting a second cabin, but I wasn't stalking the forums enough this weekend and missed the first come first serve signup. Sorry, not sleeping on the couch again for our valentines weekend retreat. If we get a second cabin, we'll be up there, we'll also have some extra space if others want to join. Sean is heading up the the new one plan, so those interested may want to get with him

That drops our list of tentatives back down to 12. If we dont get anymore then food will not be covered as posted as part of the $80.

I can call tomorrow and see what second cabins are available. They did have a combo that supported 25 people. I may be able to switch to that. Glad to hear yall are on board steve.

same here, that's why we're looking at other cabins. It's looking like it'll be around $250 / couple from the rooms we've looked at. If interested, hit up Sean, he's got info on 3 different cabins

Well kristine cant make it so jasons room seems to have opened up. Mefryrice's 4 can stay with you guys. Just make sure its in the viscinity of our cabin. Watershed has properties all over the place, hate to be spread out 30 mins apart it'll turn info a clusterfuck

And we could always just get fontana.... which we need to figure this out asap before I lose my deposit if we need to change

Steve, we can make room for you guys in my cabin but there are no more bedrooms.

I have no ability to plan for that yet but I'll say I may try to crash and pay you some late monies and not expect a room or a bed or a couch or such luxuries.. Is that cool too? I always miss the Feb runs, it'd be nice to see some of the different faces..

I think katie and I may dip out of this one. Have a lot of stuff going in the next month or so, may have to wait till the fall trip
