what do you mean by rear toe out?
toe out = walk like a duck
think of your tire as a foot, the toes are further apart than your heels
as stated before this will give you better turn-in but at the expense of straight line speed and evil tire wear
does wonders on ovals and can help on a road course depending on the layout. since few road courses have a figure-8 layout, you'll always have more right turns than left so dialing in toe front and rear will give you an advantage if you have great straight line speed but need help geometry wise to get through the turns. a perfect example of toe-out is watch an ASSCAR race on a short track like Bristol or Martinsville, the cars will look like they are sideways down the straight. Hendrick got into some trouble because the bushings they used in their truck arms had so much play in them that the axle would shift 2 degrees under load in a turn. If you sucked at geometry in school, go back and learn as it's funny how that s*** comes into play when setting your car up for a race.
