put me in as a maybe really depends on weather. make it book ends for the season. would do the same head up sat afternoon get there before dark, drink a 6 pack and do a midnight run.

At the cabins I was looking at with this many people as is it's looking like about $25 a person. That's not including tax or food, but I don't think the list is complete so we will recalculate total cost at the early next week.

sparta , you need to post up a link to the place your thinking about. and explain the price issues we are having. Lets get some input.

id say we stick to fontana village... when you guys split up its gonna be like $3-4 difference anyways

Talked to fontana and they only have 1 3 bedroom cabin available and a hand ful of 2 bedrooms. Prices they want are in the $270 price range!

Joey who did u talk to about pricing? The group sales girl is out of town for the week so i talked to some old lady.

Anybody have kill boys number? Or we can try sending a pm to him and see if he knows of anywhere.

I have yet to be able to get a hold of Iron Horse, noone is answering the phone.

I propose camping or a day trip- drive up early in the morning, do runs all day, head back in the evening.

since joey and charlie like to exclude themselves from the group anyways im sure they'll still be getting a cabin up there and would let u take the couch. If im not mistaken they quoted joey a totally different price, i think she added $100 when she found out we were a car group

Wherever we can find a good camp site with cabins....where we can burn a fire and chill without issues

the Alabama road that i did with ervin a while ago was actually really good.

i talked to charlie yesterday about doing a beach trip. or to the TN where there is this car museum near this town.. i forget the name.

destin sounds nice. and if we do go to the TN id like to stop by the aquarium. i have not been there in a while.

the dragon is kinda played out now... the skyway is what i was looking forward to anyways.

what are our options as far as taking another trip other than dragon? it will still be a group drive ... just not the TOD.

If we were excluding ourselves, we would just go somewhere else, maybe a beach or something. But its okay, we can't all be VIP's.

But for real, I was thinking of taking my family which is why I would have my own cabin....
